[ it's not often that Sonico travels so far from the atelier, and truth be told, she doesn't really like to. She can defend herself just fine but she doesn't like to fight and it's only the fact that she needs some of the shells and stones that wash up on this particular beach that gets her to come here. It's been a bit of a journey, and she's more than a little tired, but it should be worth it in the end.

She doesn't expect to run into any monsters so close to the shore, but she's got her eyes peeled and her ears perked just in case. It'd be embarrassing to come this far and have to go running back in embarrassment, but even so, she doubts she's going to find anything more interesting than some fish and fauna. ]

[It's just another beautiful day out at sea, nothing too exciting. Well, except there is a very dangerous sea naga swimming it's way close to where Nagisa currently is. Very quickly and with some obvious intent, in fact]

[Nagisa just came out to have a good time and he's honestly feeling very attacked right now.

But no, even though he is a selkie, he's as good as any other creature at holding his breath. He'd been exploring the depths near the cove he called home when he spotted those unusual colors out of the corner of his eye, alerting him to the danger.

Yeah, nope, he is turning right back around and attempting to get the HECK out of there with a strong slap of his tail and a burst of bubbles in his wake.]

[Well tbf he's a snake, he's gotta breathe too. But he can probably hold his breath even longer then the selkie can.

Regardless, that burst of bubbles only seems to make him swim after Nagisa even FASTER, and with shocking speed considering he has no fins or anything of the like]

[There's nothing in the human world of any use to Haru. So, quite content in lying on his rock and swishing his tail, he turns up his nose at this little idea of Nagisa's. He just wants to spend his day laying about and chasing schools of mackerel. This idea sounds like a distraction from that.]

Too much trouble. And it's too close to the sea witch.

[Not that he fears anyone, really. But if they're caught, it'll mean a lot of trouble, either from those patrols that patrol the kingdom's borders or... well, he's just not interested.]
