They haven't been in the bath proper yet, and curling up against Chikusa and falling asleep there now sounds like a good idea to Ken. (There is the concern of strangers coming in while they sleep, but that's always been less of a concern for Ken than Chikusa; he'd wake up at the first unfamiliar footfall.)
