He couldn't begin to verbalize the distinction there is between the two - it's too complex for him - but he's conscious that there is one, and it feels important. "You don't do it 'cause it turns you on, or 'cause you like the taste." A thought occurs to him, and he lifts his head from where his nose was pressed to Chikusa's neck to give him a suspicious squint. "...I dunno if you even do it 'cause you want me to feel good, byon."

It feels like he's right on the verge of figuring something out. He frowns at Chikusa, putting the thoughts and words together with all the thought of making moves on an almost solved Rubik's Cube. Ken usually isn't interested in difficult puzzles, but some things he wants to figure out. "Is it just 'cause you think I'll go to someone else to get it if you don't?"
