In the dawning light overlooking the waves, Frederick had delicately cracked an extra egg into his small fry pan for his morning meal. Alongside the frypan was a stick which had a small fish speared upon it, nestled above the low flames to roast, and a tin cup of tea sat brewing nearby on the stones that were piled on the water's edge.

Frederick was absorbed in his task of cooking, unfamiliar with the sounds that lurked beyond the waves and unworried about the possibility of being spotted committing this 'sin.']
