He looks up as Joker flops his way over, and considers offering to splash him with some more water - but it seems like he's okay for the moment. Ginko will just... try and do that before too much longer, if Joker sticks around. He's sure he'll get off the boat when he needs to, but Ginko would rather not let him get too uncomfortable even before it becomes an emergency.

"Oh - you hungry?" He holds the fish out to Joker, just in case that's what he means. It's only fair, given that Joker caught it to begin with.
