'Fear' isn't an emotion he'd associate with Schuldig. Even in situations that would warrant it from anyone else, Psii's become too used to the idea of the telepath being... untouchable, sometimes, so in control that it's fucking infuriating, and one to fall back on anger instead of fear or misery.
